Ir. Hilde Vanaerde - the V in V-G Sensory
After an additional and specific year of study in France, Hilde started up a department for sensory analysis by order of the market of fresh vegetables REO, Roeselare
Ir. Evelien Goossens - the G in V-G Sensory
As Quality assurance manager in the food industry Evelien experienced the interest and the need for an objective, scientifically based consumer research
Both graduated as bioengineer in 1995 at the University of Ghent
Based on their working experiences they decided to create their own company specialized in sensory analysis to be able to give a professional and independent answer to the great need of scientific consumer research.
In the meantime V-G Sensory has become a reference in the field of sensory analysis.
